NCTC Donor Privacy Policy
New Conservatory Theatre Center is committed to respecting the privacy of its donors, whether the gift is made online, by mail, in kind or any other method.
We collect and maintain the following types of donor information when it is voluntarily provided to us both online or offline:
- Contact information such as name, address, telephone number and e-mail address
- Giving information
- Information on events attended, publications received and special requests for program information
- Information provided by the donor in the form of comments and suggestions
This confidential information is kept on file for IRS purposes. It is also used to understand donors’ interests in our mission and to update them on the organization’s plans and activities.
This information is shared with staff and board members only on a confidential and need-to-know basis.
New Conservatory Theatre Center does not sell, rent, trade or share its donors’ personal information with any other organization, nor send mailings to our donors on behalf of other organizations.
New Conservatory Theatre Center donors have the opportunity to exclude their name from programme and lobby listings. To opt out, please contact development@nctcsf.org.

Privacy Policy and Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to collect information about use of this site. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit this site, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other sites they used prior to coming to this site. We use the information we get from Google Analytics only to improve this site.

The information we collect is used for internal review. We use it to improve the content of our web page and our service.
