POLICIES
- Learn about our new sliding scale ticket pricing here
- Tickets are non-refundable after purchase and may not be exchanged for a different price tier. Tickets may be rescheduled to another date for a $10 fee per ticket. There are no ticket exchanges within 24 hours of the performance.
- We accept Google Pay, Apple Pay, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
- If you feel sick, please do not attend this event. NCTC’s Box Office will waive the $10 exchange fee for all single tickets and place you in another performance. Subscribers have unlimited exchanges for all productions in their package.
- Will-Call and Lobby opens 1 hour before showtime.
- Late seating is at the discretion of the House Manager.
- Tickets unclaimed by showtime may be forfeited. Doors for seating open approximately 30 minutes before curtain.

SPECIAL OFFERS
GROUP DISCOUNTS
Groups of 10 or more receive a $5/ticket discount; groups of 20 or more receive a $10/ticket discount. Please contact the Box Office (boxoffice@nctcsf.org or 415.861.8972) to set up a group purchase. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of making a group sale reservation, with the balance due no later than 7 days before the performance date.
PAY-WHAT-YOU-WISH PREVIEWS
A limited number of pay-what-you-wish tickets are available for the first week of each production. These can be purchased online, in person or via phone (415.861.8972).

CORPORATE DISCOUNTS

- If NCTC cancels a performance, we will offer guests multiple options including a credit voucher, opportunity to donate the ticket amount to NCTC, or a complete refund.

NCTC SPACE ENHANCEMENTS
NCTC has upgraded our facilities, installing new air sanitizers, more sanitizing stations, and implementing additional cleaning protocols. Hydroxyl Generators that sanitize air and surfaces will be run throughout the space before and after performances. Our ventilation system exceeds approved ACH (air change per-hour) standards and our air filtering exceeds approved MERV (minimum efficiency reporting value) standards.
